[Event] Yoshiaki Kuribara: “Let’s Create a Model of My Chiba City Theme Park!”
A workshop series by artist Yoshiaki Kuribara is being held at after-school programs throughout Chiba City. The next session is currently in preparation, and details will be announced as soon as they are finalized!
Let's discover the excitement of Chiba City together!
Children will explore the unique charms of their city—local factors—and create their own original architectural models using various parts and digital fabrication prepared by the artist. Several workshops will be held leading up to the main event, with the goal of collecting over 200 pieces created by the children.
By holding these workshops at after-school programs in the city, we aim to make it easy for children to participate. This art project, set in schools that symbolize the community, allows for free expression and is expected to contribute to the expansion of cultural and artistic activities in the region in the future.
