[Exhibition] Yoshiaki Kuribara: “Let’s Create a Model of My Chiba City Theme Park!” Presentation of everyone's works! (February - March)

A large theme park model, created through a workshop led by artist Yoshiaki Kuribara, will be unveiled at the Chiba City Hall.
A theme park filled with the excitement and charm of Chiba City has arrived at the Chiba City Hall!
The "Chiba City Theme Park Model," created at the "Let's Create a Model of My Chiba City Theme Park!" at AEON MALL Makuhari Shintoshin" workshop held on January 19th (Sun), will be exhibited in the Chiba City Hall.
This Chiba City theme park, created through the workshop, is a work filled with the ideas and creativity of all the participants, from children to adults, with the support of artist Yoshiaki Kuribara.
Within the huge theme park, Chiba City's points of pride, interesting spots, favorite characters, and more are expressed through various parts! Please take this opportunity to discover the charms of Chiba City through this artwork. You might even notice some unexpected aspects of Chiba City that you never knew before?
*The model, along with the works of the instructor, Yoshiaki Kuribara, will also be exhibited at the Chiba City Arts Triennale 2025 venue around autumn 2025.

Artist Profile

Yoshiaki Kuribara
An artist born in 1980 in Gunma. Kuribara believes that artists should embody freedom and does not confine himself to a specific style of expression. He engages in a wide range of artistic activities, including sculpture, painting, installation, video, performance, film, and workshops, utilizing various methods of expression.
Regarding Photography and Videography
We will be taking photos and videos on the day of the event for publicity and documentation purposes. In addition, there may be coverage and filming by the press. The photos and videos taken may be posted on the Chiba International Arts Festival website, social media, pamphlets, and other publicity materials, as well as in television, magazines, and other media.
