[Announcement] Interview Video with Gregory Maass & Nayoungim and General Director Masato Nakamura Now Available

We have released an interview video featuring the artist duo Gregory Maass & Nayoungim, who are based in South Korea, in conversation with Chiba City Arts Triennale 2025’s General Director, Masato Nakamura.
Gregory Maass & Nayoungim are scheduled to participate in the Chiba City Arts Triennale 2025. In February 2025, they visited Chiba City for research, and they are currently developing their art project.
In this video, the artists share their impressions of Chiba Zoological Park, one of the sites they explored, as well as key perspectives, keywords, and philosophies that are central to their work. We invite you to watch the discussion.

Gregory Maass & Nayoungim
Gregory Maass (born April 29, 1967, in Hagen, Germany) and Nayoungim (Korean name: Kim Nayoung, born March 13, 1966, in Seoul, South Korea) form the artist duo Gregory Maass & Nayoungim. Their work spans various influences, including philosophy, psychology, science fiction, the British Arts & Crafts movement, music, comics, outsider art, subcultures, and food.
They are also the founders of Kim Kim Gallery in South Korea, which operates as a nonprofit space rather than a conventional art gallery. In addition to their artistic practice, they engage in curation, exhibition design, and the editing of rare art books, establishing themselves as a multifaceted artist duo.
