Qiball
Around Chiba Station
“Ball of Hope.” The rounded shape of the letter Q symbolizes a planetarium. The initial Q represents a sphere (Q) serving citizens’ lives through nine functions.
It brings together nine symbolic facilities of Chiba City: Children’s Exchange Hall, Child-rearing Support Center, Science Museum, Central Health and Welfare Center, Chuo Ward Office, Planetarium, Atrium, Shops & Restaurants.
It is a place where people gather, converse, and experience, fostering hope and discovering a radiant way of life. (Translated from the official website)
