Kaihin area

The Inage Memorial Hall features exhibition spaces and a screening room to introduce visitors to Inage’s history and local culture, along with conference rooms, a tea room, and Japanese-style rooms designed to foster cultural enrichment. The third floor boasts a panoramic observation deck with 300-degree views through its all-glass walls. Adjacent to the hall is a strolling-style Japanese garden.Within it is the tea room “Kaiseian,” where authentic tea ceremonies can be enjoyed. The small room is 4.5 tatami mats, and the standing reception area can accommodate 8 people. (Translated from the official website)
