“Chiba City Arts Triennale"
will be held in Chiba City,
Chiba Prefecture.
This is a new arts festival where every corner of the city will become a hub of creativity, and artists, residents, and visitors will work together to create something new.
There will be a variety of projects and open calls for entries starting from the pre-festival period in 2024. We warmly invite you to join us!

Unlocking Potential,
Empowering People
Through the arts festival, we aim to explore things and ideas, and to empower the people of Chiba. We want to start creative activities from various "chi" (Chiba, land, power, knowledge, universe, blood, transcendence, wisdom, etc.).We hope that the "power" of the people of Chiba will bloom.The concept of "Unlocking Potential, Empowering People" embodies multiple dreams we wish to realize at the Chiba City Arts Triennale.We aim to create a new arts festival that nurtures the region's creativity.
